As a computer scientist in The Milk you will work as a software engineer and you will probably be:
a great coder, collaborator, inventor and architect all rolled into one?
looking for the next cool problem to solve, in a fast-paced and engineering-driven environment?
into working with massive amounts of data and excel at finding patterns, inventing algorithms and designing systems?
entertained in your off hours by taking things apart just to see how they work? Are you successful putting them back together when you're done?
We need computer scientists to develop and implement search engines and web analytics related applications. You will be a part of our new establish engineering team which will be working on problems in a number of areas, including cutting-edge information presentation, user handling and a variety of novel search features.
Requirements
University Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field
Strong C/C++ and/or Java programming skills.
Experience with SOAP/XML, SAML 2.0 and AJAX.
Substantial knowledge of UNIX/Linux or Windows environments.
Several years of software development experience.
Enthusiasm for solving interesting problems.
Fluency in Danish/Swedish and English.
